Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the coordination of the entire transplant process from day of referral to time of transplant for potential heart and lung transplant candidates.
  • This position coordinates all potential transplant patient evaluations and is responsible for organizing, collating and guiding the medical/surgical data and pre-operative studies in collaboration with the transplant team.
  • Develops and conducts educational programs for patients and medical & nursing staff within Ohio and contiguous area.
