Job Summary

  • Assist with annual insurance renewal exercise and handle enquiries on medical and leave benefits, work injuries, insurance claims and other HR related matters.
  • Provide support in the Compensation & Benefits Team in remuneration and payroll processes and participate in surveys and benchmarking exercises to align practices with market and management direction.
  • Monitor and track claims and leave utilizations ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
