Job Summary
The role serves as the overall technical authority for OT/ICS cybersecurity across Power Generation, Transmission, and Green Hydrogen Production elements of the NEOM Green Hydrogen project.
Candidates must lead a functional team to ensure compliance with KSA regulations including NCA ECC, OTCC, and HCIS Sec-12 while managing the end-to-end cybersecurity scope.
This position requires a rotation schedule of 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia.

Must-have
15+ years ICS/OT cybersecurity leadership
NCA ECC and OTCC regulatory compliance
HCIS Stage-4 delivery experience
DMZ engineering and network segmentation
Cross-functional team management
Nice-to-have
ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert certification
CISSP or GIAC ICS certifications
Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen project
Strong vendor coordination skills
Technical rigor in solution uniformity
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
15+ years leadership in ICS/OT cybersecurity on CNI-class facilities
Proven delivery through HCIS Stage-4 milestones
Deep understanding of ICS architectures and DMZ design
Working experience in KSA regulations (NCA ECC-1:2018, OTCC-1:2022)
