Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Operating production machinery for 2+ months
  • PLC & MMI computer interface proficiency
  • Process troubleshooting and defect diagnosis
  • Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Nice-to-have

  • Six months manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with pneumatic presses and punch out equipment
  • Ability to use test and measuring equipment
  • Curiosity and collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Key Requirements

  • Minimum two months operating production machinery
