Job Summary

• You are required to carry out responsibilities such as working closely with the commercial team by providing product introduction and recommendation to customers, developing new customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships by offering technical solutions.
• You will evaluate and understand customer needs, provide suitable product recommendations and technical service solutions, and foster good customer relationships.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders (commercial, R&D, QA/QC, plant operation) as needed in driving customer projects, product development, and application development.
