Must-have
Active Top Secret security clearance
10+ years of experience leading programs
Hands-on technical experience with Oracle and SQL
Nice-to-have
Experience with Agile delivery environments
Strong customer relationship skills
Ability to build high-performing teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
6+ years of experience supervising technical teams
Experience providing Tier III support for complex database issues
