Serves as the primary Senior Security Manager who manages and leads the Primary CSSO and Lead CSSO, accountable for all aspects of program security across personnel, facilities, information systems, and operations security.
Partners with government security counterparts and executive stakeholders to shape strategy, mitigate risk, and enable secure program execution.

Key Requirements
10 years Industrial/Special Programs Security experience
3 years CSSO, CPSO, or equivalent lead role
Active/current final DoD Top Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years experience
