3+ years commercial specialist experience
Tier one contractor risk framework knowledge
Contractual claims analysis and management
Construction project financial modelling
Drafting and interpretation of contractual terms

Experience preparing executive level reports
Direct exposure to broad contracting models
Ability to lead commercial negotiations
Knowledge of delegated authorities and procurement
Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in law, business, commerce or finance
