Job Summary
Collaborate cross-functionally on technical development, process and product integrity for knitted Sweater from design sign-off, through fit approval to production readiness.
Coach and support regional vendors and factories by offering guidance on best practices in style development, sewing construction, fitting, and production readiness to achieve Right-First Time (RFT).
Drive Vendor Fit Empowerment program through training, product and process education, audit and calibration, and conduct factory visits for sample reviews and training as necessary.

Key Requirements
8-10 years of garment manufacturing experience in Sweater
Bachelor's Degree in Technical Management or related discipline preferred
Experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment highly preferred
