Senior Counsel - Commercial will support the General Counsel in handling legal matters focusing on procurement, trade, antitrust, privacy/cyber security, intellectual property, construction, corporate governance, and ESG initiatives.

This role is based on-site at the Ellabell, GA plant and requires flexibility in working hours including weekends, holidays, off shifts, and may require on-call duty or overtime.

Automotive or industrial sector experience
Cross-border transactional legal issues
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Key Requirements
Juris Doctor Degree from ABA-accredited Law School
Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
5+ years experience for Counsel; 10+ years for Senior Counsel
5+ years transactional contract and litigation experience
Georgia State Bar license or obtain within 6 months
