Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctor Degree from ABA-accredited Law School
  • Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
  • 5+ years experience for Counsel; 10+ years for Senior Counsel
  • 5+ years transactional contract and litigation experience
  • Georgia State Bar license or obtain within 6 months
