Job Summary

  • This Talent Acquisition Partner role plays a key part in powering our evolution and growth, working three days a week on-site in our purpose-built Toronto-area offices.
  • In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple talent segments, partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to anticipate needs and build strong pipelines.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, data and market intelligence to advise stakeholders, shape hiring strategies and influence decisions.
