Job Summary

  • Responsible for all aspects of the donor center in the absence of the Director of Center Operations Center, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and company-specific rules, regulations, and practices related to the quality and safety of products, donors, and employees.
  • Manages all personnel functions including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination, and the maintenance of all personnel records.
  • Develops and implements active donor recruitment advertising campaigns to improve production levels and manages and develops talent within the donor center.
