Job Summary
This position directly supports the DISA-provided GIG capabilities and services in the 24x7 DISA Global Operations Center (DGOC).
Responsible for assisting with duties including creating, updating, and monitoring incident tickets, monitoring network events, and restoring networks and services.
The role requires a Secret clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
