• As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory.

• 0-3 years relevant experience for entry level
• 3+ years sales experience for advanced level
• Valid driver’s license
• Reside within 25 miles metro or 75 miles non-metro territory
