Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, or related field
10 years progressive experience in compensation
5 years management level experience
Experience with executive and incentive compensation
Experience preparing Board level materials
Experience with HR ERP technology (Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors)
Experience with compensation administration software (CompAnalyst, PayFactors, MarketPay)
Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
