• The Business Operations Director is a leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence in the planning and execution of critical tasks to optimize the performance of BeOne’s in-market portfolio.
• This role leads the coordination and execution of projects to ensure the effective delivery of internal and external initiatives and events, while monitoring performance, timelines and budget and resource management.
• The position oversees operational planning processes, leads business critical, cross functional workstreams, analytics and Sales Force Effectiveness activities, and provides operational support for congresses, events, and training programs.
