Job Summary
This Vice President role sits within the Americas Investment Bank Divisional Control Office (DCO) and is responsible for the end-to-end management of non-financial risk, regulatory adherence, and divisional controls across Investment Bank businesses.
The role supports the Americas 1st Line of Defense (1LoD) and partners closely with 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD), Legal, Compliance, COO, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the business operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Requirements
Prior experience in Investment Banking, Non-Financial Risk, Divisional Control Office, Regulatory Adherence, COO, or relevant 2LoD or consulting roles
Strong understanding of Investment Bank products, business models, and control environments
Demonstrated experience with Risk & Control Assessments (RCA), regulatory remediation, and governance frameworks
