Job Summary
As an Early Career Program Manager, you will lead and develop a team of early career internal sales (SLATE) associates who are completing a series of rotations to develop business and sales acumen as well as a team of Internal Wealth Generalists who are building sales acumen and helping support sales activity.
You will provide regular coaching, assessment, and development to associates, including summer interns.
There will be heavy collaboration with Regional Sales Office leaders and other key stakeholders.

Salary
Base: $111,920-$179,072; Bonus/Equity: Individual annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus; Benefits: Company-funded retirement contribution (15% of eligible earnings), generous time-away and health benefits, charitable matching gifts, professional development resources
