Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure policies
Experience with resident assessment and care plans

Ability to create a warm and positive atmosphere
Willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules
