Job Summary

  • Manage strategically the analysis, optimization, improvement, and standardization of processes and methods, according to HES System (Continuous Improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5Ss, Kan Ban, Supermarkets, Variability, SMED, TPM, PPS and others that contribute to improving KPIs), as well as impart workshops and train personnel.
  • Implement and coordinate improvement activities for waste and scrap reduction, increased productivity and efficiency, in both production and support processes.
  • Apply operational controls involved in the company's management systems, such as ISO 14000, ISO 45000, ISO 50001 and IATF 16949.
