Job Summary
The Policy Development Officer will lead and coordinate strategic policy analysis and research to advance the City of Toronto’s Community Benefits Framework.
Facilitates engagement, consultation and collaboration with a diverse range of community partners and key stakeholders to ensure policy and program approaches are accountable.
Supervises staff, consultants and project teams to research, prepare, and monitor implementation of recommendations and manages budgets, requests for proposals and service contracts.

Understanding of colonization, anti-Black racism, and other forms of oppression
