Salary

Base: $269,600 - $307,700 (McLean, VA), $294,100 - $335,700 (San Francisco, CA); Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonus and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive health and financial benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 9 years of experience in Project, Process or Program Management
  • At least 7 years of people management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development
  • 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
  • 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams
