  • Support key members of the Jakarta office and visiting Executives and VP's.
  • Provide Office Management administrative support, including arranging tradespersons, liaising with cleaners, updating directories, organizing catering, and overseeing facilities maintenance.
  • Assist with HR support, including knowledge of local HR policies, assisting with new employee inductions, keeping records of absence, and maintaining personnel files.
