Support key members of the Jakarta office and visiting Executives and VP's.
Provide Office Management administrative support, including arranging tradespersons, liaising with cleaners, updating directories, organizing catering, and overseeing facilities maintenance.
Assist with HR support, including knowledge of local HR policies, assisting with new employee inductions, keeping records of absence, and maintaining personnel files.

Key Requirements
5 plus years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience with HR policies or working with HR
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Outlook
Tertiary qualifications in Office / Business Administration desirable
