Job Summary

  • Effective Risk Management execution through minimization of financial and operational risks associated with the Internal control environment and SOX Key Controls.
  • Manage overall Finance compliance governance and initiatives (Digital Transformation Systems and Process, Automation, and Risk Management) and support the design and deployment of the Finance digital transformation initiatives.
  • Train and lead team of Leads, Seniors, and Staff through formal mentoring, feedback and training to ensure proper development and succession within J&J.
