This role focuses on system design, configuration, and testing of features within the Workday Recruiting product, including offer letters, job boards, and requisition templates.
Key responsibilities include configuring and deploying updates, building and maintaining recruiting-related business processes, and ensuring configurations align with best practices and standards.
The contractor will collaborate with HR partners, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors, develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
