  • Ensures that proper food temperatures are maintained, and items are accurately delivered while maintaining cleanliness of kitchen including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
  • Leads the food runners and coordinates accurate delivery of orders, adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform standards.
