** Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director for their Consents Management team, focusing on major infrastructure projects within the UK. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in consents processes and stakeholder engagement, alongside leadership skills to manage projects effectively. **

Job Summary

  • Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables relating to Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects and programmes navigating the Development Consents Order, Transport and Works Act and Town & Country Planning processes.
  • Managing client relationships, identifying and realising business development opportunities, and leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals.
  • Our growing Consents Team needs people with hands on experience working in a major project environment – whether you’re a champion of change, a connoisseur of consents, environmentalist, as stakeholder strategist or a perfect PM we’d love to hear from you.

Key Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in an appropriate degree

  • Demonstrable technical understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes
  • Experience of pre-application and/or post consent liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of programme and/or project management within a complex environment
