  • Serve as the hands-on technical lead for ServiceNow development initiatives across the enterprise, designing, developing, and maintaining complex solutions.
  • Drive scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom scoped applications, building and maintaining integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance, while partnering with security and compliance teams to ensure platform controls and data protection.
