Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents.
• The Administrator is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects including budgeting, staffing, policy enforcement, and maintaining relationships with community and hospital leadership.
• This role requires active involvement in quality assurance, risk management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance during facility inspections and surveys.
