Key Requirements

  • 10+ years Automation, Controls, or Electrical Engineering experience
  • Demonstrated enterprise or multi-asset influence
  • Recognized technical authority in automation and controls
  • Deep experience with PLC-based control systems, RTUs
  • Hands-on experience supporting gas lift, compression, ESPs
  • Working knowledge of NEC requirements, hazardous area classification
  • Comfort exercising final technical authority
