Base: $134,900.00 - $224,900.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive program; Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) up to 8% match, flexible time-off

10 years Learning & Development experience
5 years senior leadership role Director+
Enterprise-wide learning strategy execution
Instructional design and adult learning theory
Sales enablement and LMS platform expertise
Nice-to-have
Deep understanding of cloud services MSP models
Experience founding a learning function
Familiarity with Azure AWS Google Cloud platforms
CPTD or APTD certification
Background in change management frameworks
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree minimum (or Master's/Ph.D. with reduced experience)
Minimum 10 years experience in Learning & Development
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+)
