Job Summary

Develop and maintain an effective preconstruction program to produce conceptual and preliminary budgets and schedules, establish and maintain a list of prequalified vendors and subcontractors, develop and maintain master bid documents and scopes of work and participate in procurement of major project scopes of work and equipment.

Key Requirements
10 years General Contractor experience
5 years direct construction project experience
Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
Negotiating contracts and bids
Understanding of prime contract requirements
Construction estimating and procurement experience
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
