Job Summary

  • You will join one of our 45 offices in the US, be part of a committed team of over 1500 professionals, and work in teams and directly with our clients doing work that is shaping the world around us.
  • Develop and maintain an effective preconstruction program to produce conceptual and preliminary budgets and schedules, establish and maintain a list of prequalified vendors and subcontractors, develop and maintain master bid documents and scopes of work and participate in procurement of major project scopes of work and equipment.

Key Requirements

  • 10 years General Contractor experience
  • 5 years direct construction project experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience
  • Negotiating contracts and bids
  • Understanding of prime contract requirements
  • Construction estimating and procurement experience
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management (preferred)
  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification (preferred)
