Salary
Base: $204,400 - $379,600 per year; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based cash incentive and annual equity awards eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive health, life, disability, 401(k) match, and generous time off

Key Requirements
MD, PhD or comparable doctoral degree
6+ years pharmaceutical or biotech leadership experience
Strong quantitative and computational background
Demonstrated track record in oncology molecular pathology
Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally
