Salary
Base: $139,000 - $257,550 annually (US); California: $177,900 - $257,550; Short-term incentives via Annual Incentive Plan; Eligible for new hire equity award

Must-have
5+ years production software experience
Java Scala Node.js or Python backend skills
React modern JavaScript TypeScript full-stack
gRPC REST GraphQL API design and implementation
AI agent systems and orchestrated workflows
SQL NoSQL data stores and containerization

Experience with MCP protocol architectures
Agent-to-agent communication patterns

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science
5+ years experience building production software systems
