Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and the Digital Build team and the Data Insights & Analytics team to define high value use cases, design digital and analytics solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Executes end-to-end technical deployment of digital manufacturing solutions, including on-site infrastructure and system assessments, solution configuration and performance validation, user training, integration with site leadership, and execution of deployment-specific change management activities.

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Regulated environments
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site teams
  • Trained and hands-on experience with Data platforms, BI tools, or Analytics ecosystems
  • Trained and hands-on experience on Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Trained or hands-on experience troubleshooting and programming PLC controls
  • Trained or hands-on experience configuring and programming SCADA platforms
