Job Summary

  • Responsible for receiving and processing daily warranty claims from Service Advisors, ensuring all documents tally with invoiced warranty for the day and performing processing within KPI limits.
  • Constantly follow-up with Aftersales Distribution Department for claim approvals and Credit Notes, and with Service Advisors for necessary documentation.
  • Ensure all warranty paperwork is properly documented, establishing correct problem and remedy codes, and performing weekly warranty status reports.
