Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years software engineering or systems architecture experience
  • Experience designing AI evaluation infrastructure
  • Ability to read code and participate in technical design reviews
  • Proven track record of fixing stalled projects in high-pressure environments
  • Led cross-functional alignment between three distinct engineering organizations

Nice-to-have

  • Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance
  • Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, or autonomous agent workflows
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 2+ years working with DoD, IC, or Civil agencies
  • Experience using Linear for technical project management
