Key Requirements
3-5 years experience in aircraft maintenance/engineering
AME Licence E or M and/or Bachelor degree in aviation engineering or equivalent
Customer support experience
Ability to deal with stressful customer situations
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (French and English)
