Job Summary

  • You will oversee a team of IT professionals responsible for the management, performance and support of our digital platforms, with a focus on third-line operational support.
  • You will act as the link between technical teams, senior stakeholders and clients—ensuring services are reliable, secure, scalable and aligned to both current contractual obligations and evolving future needs.
  • You will build strong and effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners and suppliers, driving continuous improvement, operational enhancements and new ways of working.
