  • Our Enterprise Sales team helps the company to continue to grow by balancing integrity and innovation, ensuring Workmates have the environment to bring their best self, and get better by pushing and developing themselves and the Workmates around them.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers with a focus on upselling via deal management.

Base: $134,200 USD - $201,300 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus and annual stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

  • 4+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions
  • 4+ years experience negotiating with C-Suite Executives
  • 4+ years experience building relationships for add-on business
  • 4+ years experience developing long-term account strategies
  • Experience managing longer deal cycles beyond 6 months
  • Experience with large deal sizes
