Job Summary
Assist with the monthly variable compensation process, from calculating payments to providing reports for management review and approval.
Timely investigate and resolve commission and bonus-related inquiries from compensation plan participants, including system access issues, transaction disputes, credits, and payment calculations, among others.
Active participant in the GTM development cycle during requirement gathering, testing, and production validation process.

Revenue and Variable Compensation experience
ICM tools (Xactly, Anaplan, etc.)
Salesforce experience
Retrieve and manipulate large data sets
SDLC life cycle experience
SOX related controls support
