Job Summary
Lead and grow our business in Iberia, managing both a distributor model for branded business and direct management of private label business.
Develop and implement a strategic business plan for Spain and Portugal, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, finance) in Iberia, Italy and EU to ensure seamless plans execution and act as a local market expert.
