Base: $124,000-190,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and restricted stock units eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holidays, sick leave
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years backend engineering experience
Expert in Golang, Javascript, or Python
API development and integration expertise
PostgreSQL and Snowflake database skills
Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS messaging frameworks
DataDog, Grafana, and Prometheus observability
Nice-to-have
Cross-functional technical mentorship
Collaboration with Data Science partners
Experience with third-party vendor integrations
Strategic architectural design leadership
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8+ years of backend engineering experience
