• The ERISA Counsel will play a critical role in supporting HUB's employee benefits business by providing sophisticated legal guidance on health and welfare benefit plans, monitoring the evolving regulatory landscape, and delivering practical compliance solutions.
• Responsibilities include monitoring federal, state, and local laws affecting health and welfare benefit plans, collaborating on client-facing initiatives, and creating compliance tools and educational resources.

Salary

Base: $140,000- $180,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions; Benefits: health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits

Key Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Active membership in good standing with a state bar
• 4+ years of employee benefits law experience
• Expertise in ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
