Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for identifying residents correctly before administering treatments or serving meals.
The role requires frequent observation of residents to ensure personal care needs are met, including checking for skin breakdowns and reporting any accidents or incidents.

Must-have

Key Requirements
