Job Summary
Lead all Omnichannel E2E testing operations, including work allocation, staffing, development, performance management and training for the group responsible for OMNI E2E TESTING.
Integrate with wider omnichannel initiatives by understanding new technologies and developing test strategies that keep pace with evolving capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, onboarding and training to embed new tools, methods and standards across the OMNI end-to-end testing team.
