Responsibilities include engaging all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management and development, policies and procedures, compensation and performance metrics, change management initiatives and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
Counseling managers on subjects such as performance issues and engagement, preparing documentation and making recommendations to resolve employee related issues, problems and performance management concerns.
Assisting with onboarding new hires, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing turnover data, creating and maintaining data on critical records and reports in our Human Resources Information System.
