This role involves double-hatting as a functional HR Business Partner and Country HR Business Partner across the Hub APAC region.
The successful candidate will manage core HR programs including talent review, recruitment, visa applications, and payroll oversight for Singapore and Malaysia.
You will lead a team of four HR professionals while providing strategic consulting to senior stakeholders on people practices and organizational development.
