Job Summary
This role serves as a visible presence on the shop floor to actively support the Plant HSE Manager in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
The incumbent is responsible for conducting daily walk-throughs, intervening in unsafe acts, and coaching employees on proper PPE usage and safety rules.
Key duties include participating in incident response teams, supporting root cause analyses, and assisting with regulatory compliance regarding UK COSHH and ISO standards.
