Swinerton Management and Consulting is seeking an Assistant Division Controller to support the financial operations within their divisions. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction accounting, including supervisory experience, and will be responsible for various financial management tasks

Job Summary

  • Assist Division Controller with the division’s financial operations and assist with managing the Region’s accounting activities.
  • Manage and administer all Division accounting functions, Human Resources/personnel management, and forecasting manpower requirements.
  • This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, and an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

Key Requirements

  • Four-year business or accounting degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum of four years construction accounting experience
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of and experience with on-line, integrated accounting systems
  • Knowledge of PC-based spreadsheet applications
